Webinar Overview
Overview
OSHA inspections continue to become more targeted and data-driven in 2026, with increased emphasis on high-hazard industries, injury and illness reporting, heat-related hazards, workplace violence prevention, and employer accountability. Organizations that are unprepared for an OSHA inspection face greater risks of citations, significant penalties, and operational disruptions.
This webinar provides a practical roadmap for preparing your organization before an OSHA inspection occurs. Participants will learn what OSHA compliance officers look for during inspections, how to respond to document requests and employee interviews, the latest enforcement priorities, and strategies to minimize citations while strengthening workplace safety compliance.
Whether you have never experienced an OSHA inspection or want to improve your current compliance program, this session will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently navigate OSHA inspections in 2026.
